We bought a leather sectional sofa from Lawrance/Encinitas recently. We were in several times to pick the right color and configuration and our salesperson Ben was very patient (and helpful). The couch came in the time promised and was delivered promptly. Some of the stitching starting to undo after a few weeks. The customer service manager Russell handled the issue right away and was terrific to deal with! We will highly recommend this store based on the experience we had.
