I love the beautiful furniture at this store! Jason helped me secure the pieces I wanted for my home with a no pressure attitude, while making helpful suggestions as appropriate. Waited four months for my dining room table and chairs (shipped from Italy), but it was worth the wait… They look fabulous! One chair came with scratches and a few dings, but they are going to replace it with a new one- no questions asked. Joseph and Tomas were professional and delivered the furniture with utmost care and were right on their scheduled time for the delivery. Cannot wait to get a sofa and some other pieces from here to help complete my “nest”.
The shop has a very well classified sections for each of the home decors. I like the way the customer reps informed me of the different things that are essential for a full home furnishing including the designs, colors & the material for your living room.
We received our beautiful couch today ordered from American Leather. We worked with Jason, and he was very patient with us as we flipped through the fabrics and took multiple trips to the store before deciding. I highly recommend working with him.
Tomas and Joseph delivered our couch promptly and courteously. They were careful and precise with how they placed the couch in our room, and they laid out moving blankets across our grass to make sure it didn’t damage anything. We were impressed with their delivery service overall. Next time I need furniture, this will be the first place I turn to.
From the moment you walk in the door of Lawrance Furniture you know there is something special. Our sales person Esther was amazing. So helpful and very patient. I had been shopping for a leather sofa for months never finding what I really wanted until I found it at Lawrance. I told Esther that I loved the sofa but needed to bring my husband back to make sure he also liked it as mush as I did. We went back the next day meeting with Esther and after at least an hour and a half ended up placing a custom order for the leather sofa, two leather recliners and a leather office chair. We were expecting a four month delivery timeline but knew the wait to have what we wanted was well worth it. Much to our surprise we received our order ahead of schedule. I couldn’t believe that our new furniture was even more beautiful than we anticipated. The style and the quality is beyond what you can find anywhere else. To make our Lawrance experience even better was our delivery team..Tomas and Joseph. These two were very professional taking special care bringing each piece into our home and setting it up. When shopping for furniture or accessories I will never again waste my time anywhere else… Lawrance has my Five star vote!!!!
Being new in the Encinitas Area and needing furniture, I found their store on El Camino Real in Encinitas. What a find !!!!! Could have taken almost everything in the store home. Quality and style that was right up my alley. Didn’t realize stores like Lawrance even existed anymore.
Worked with a wonderful lady named PAM, who was very friendly, welcoming the minute we stepped inside, and helpful. She assisted us in picking out several items for our new home. Gave get tips on care. No pressure but she spent time as we perused the gorgeous store. Decided to think over all the items before final purchase with her pricing and catalog pictures to review at home along with measuring. Yesterday when in and placed our order. Pam was waiting and we wrapped up the purchase with the same original pricing. Will definitely be back, so many lovely and unique items to choose. Now just waiting for delivery. Our total experience at Lawrance Furniture, University Ave, was outstanding. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and this made our shopping experience and excellent experience.
Tomas and Joseph made the delivery. It was a tough delivery due to numerous stairs, but they did excellent work in bring the furniture piece inside. They took extra care to wrap the piece in moving blankets and were very careful in maneuvering the piece through the house and up the stairs. There was no damage to the piece nor to any walls or bannisters. Tomas and Joseph definitely provide 5 star service. Very professional and pleasant men to work with.
Joseph and Carlos and Rocky did a fantastic job delivering my mattress-they were ontime, patient, super courteous, polite and flexible in working with me on delivery time. I felt in good hands.This store is wonderful-great customer service, top products. I will return!
My wife and I have received nothing but excellent service from sales through delivery. The care they take in delivery will impress you. Yes the furniture is not inexpensive, but the quality is well worth the price. We will definitely continue shopping at Lawrance.

Rocky, the distribution manager, was friendly, positive and very accommodating in scheduling my deliveries.
