We recently bought our living room and dining room furniture from Ben at Lawrence Furniture. We couldn’t be happier with the service Ben provided and with the quality of the furniture. Ben came to our house for design consultation and took measuremts. He really listened to our needs and based on that, suggested pieces that were just right for us. We finally have a living room that we love!

Bought a very nice leather sectional about four years ago that included one section with a motorized recliner. The battery pack that powers the recliner died around Christmas time with the recliner stuck in the fully reclined position. Called Lawrance after the holidays and talked with Ben Conte. Ben took charge of the situation and started looking into the problem. He called me almost every day for a week to keep me informed of what was going on. The case eventually got picked up by Russ Parker the customer service manager. Russ found battery pack I needed and placed an order with the manufacturer. The pack arrived today and problem solved! The communication from Lawrance was great and they got me the new battery pack at their expense. I could not be any happier with their outstanding customer service. And my experiences shopping at Lawrance have always been first rate. Great store, great people!
We love the selection and the experience at Lawrance. We drive from Orange County to buy our furniture here! No matter what we’re looking for (barstools, dining table and chairs, living room sofa, outdoor lounge set), we’ve been able to find something we love.
In addition to the selection, working with Jason makes the experience enjoyable. He’s patient, detail-oriented, and not pushy about making a sale. Just received our delivery from Lawrance Furniture. They called to give us a 15 min heads up, and showed up in 10! Very professional, treated the items like they were their own babies. Very happy with the process from start to finish.
My wife and I have had great experiences w/ lawrance furniture. They have very unique furniture and accessories which will fit almost any room. We have also been very pleased with the sales events for their (old and new) customers. We will be stopping by their locations on a regular basis.

Tomas and Joseph delivered my console today. I live in South Mission and the parking and stairs are challenging. They were professional, polite and quick without sacrificing care. I’ve had a lot of deliveries lately due to a big remodel and these gentlemen were the stars.
After delivery of my red leather living room side chair, (which had a moist, tacky surface from being plastic- wrapped while damp), Shannon quickly followed- up with options about possible exchange of the item if necessary. (It did dry out in 6 days.)
When it was time to decorate our new home, my husband and I decided to take a look at what Lawrance had to offer. Our experience with the store, specifically designer Esther, was first class. Esther came out to our home several times so that she could better help us define our vision. From large furniture pieces, to custom-made area rugs, to artwork, to smaller accent pieces, Esther helped us furnish our home exactly as we had envisioned. We are so happy with everything we have purchased, and our experience at Lawrance Furniture and working with Esther was a most pleasant one!
We have had an excellent experience with Lawrence Furniture. We have purchased several pieces and worked with Esther who came up with some great design ideas. Alfredo and Joseph just completed our most recent delivery. They are very polite and did a great job, fast and efficient and very careful. They showed up right on time as promised. Rocky, the warehouse manager is also a great guy to work with and goes the extra mile to track the status of your order and delivery.
