Excellent service. We did have to wait a little while for our sofa, but it was custom ordered in our own fabric, so we understood. And Tom kept us up to date with everything. Mary and I will be back!

I am a longtime customer of your Lawrance store in HIllcrest (probably 10 years). I have always been happy with the furniture I have bought from you. But more than that, I am so impressed by your service: and especially by Russell Parker.
Russ had been a big help when my apartment was flooded a few years back —all the furniture being moved out. And,once the mess was cleaned up and when my glass top dining table had to be re-assembled, the workers had lost the the rubber bumper pads. Though I had bought the table from you over a year before… Russ came to my apartment, took a look at my dilemma and found new bumper pads to solve the problem.
At this current time, Russ has come to my aid regarding the feathers that are now popping out of my sofa. He researched the vendor and having found out they are no longer available, suggested a source who could re-do the sofa seating cushions.
I am so lucky that Russ has been with you, lo, these many years. And you, too, should feel proud to have such an employee representing the name Lawrance.

Our experience with Lawrance Furniture started with the excellent selection of quality furniture. It is high-end furniture at a high-end price, and well worth the cost. Our sales rep,/ interior designer, Paolo, provided a thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience. He is exactly what we were looking for in a sales rep: very personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to our requests while not applying any pressure on us to buy.
We had a difficult room we just couldn’t figure out how to furnish, so Paolo came over to our house, at a time convenient to us, and in short order came up with a plan that finally made sense for the space. However, the good experience with Lawarance does not stop at sales. there are two sides to a furniture shopping experience, the sales side, and the delivery side. So many stores seem to fall down on the delivery side, while Lawarance simply excels.
Rocky is the man you will deal with when it comes time for delivery. Rocky is simply the nicest, most helpful person you could hope to work with. He will see to it that your delivery is made on time, on your schedule, and with white-glove treatment. I have never seen furniture movers take more care to make sure your furniture is put exactly where you want it no matter what obstacles they may need to overcome.
From beginning to end, Lawarance Furniture delivers top-notch products and service. We will definitely return for our next furniture purchase.

I love the beautiful furniture at this store! Jason helped me secure the pieces I wanted for my home with a no pressure attitude, while making helpful suggestions as appropriate. Waited four months for my dining room table and chairs (shipped from Italy), but it was worth the wait… They look fabulous! One chair came with scratches and a few dings, but they are going to replace it with a new one- no questions asked. Joseph and Tomas were professional and delivered the furniture with utmost care and were right on their scheduled time for the delivery. Cannot wait to get a sofa and some other pieces from here to help complete my “nest”.

The shop has a very well classified sections for each of the home decors. I like the way the customer reps informed me of the different things that are essential for a full home furnishing including the designs, colors & the material for your living room.

Joseph and Carlos and Rocky did a fantastic job delivering my mattress-they were ontime, patient, super courteous, polite and flexible in working with me on delivery time. I felt in good hands.This store is wonderful-great customer service, top products. I will return!

My wife and I have received nothing but excellent service from sales through delivery. The care they take in delivery will impress you. Yes the furniture is not inexpensive, but the quality is well worth the price. We will definitely continue shopping at Lawrance.

I’m so pleased with my experience at Lawrance, where I’ve ordered several pieces of beautiful furniture. Ben and Jason were very helpful in assisting with my choices for my dining and living rooms. Rocky, the distribution manager, was friendly, positive and very accommodating in scheduling my deliveries. Thomas and Joseph delivered and set up my furniture very efficiently and carefully, especially considering all of the stairs. I would highly recommend Lawrance Furniture overall.

Lawrence is a long-time high-quality furniture store who we have bought a number of products from over the past 20 + years. Their products are modern and they last for many years.
Recently I contacted Russ in Customer Service to get pads for chairs I bought over 15 years ago that they no longer carry. He went out of his way to find the manufacturer and get me the pads at no cost to me.
Now that is great customer service!
