Gold Plan Protection
Gold Plan Protection is available on most furniture purchases. Gold Plan offers you added protection against most any accidental damage, including but not limited to; stains on upholstery and leather, cuts, burns, tears. It also covers accidental damage to tables, cabinets, chairs, etc. Coverage is good for 5 years and allows you added comfort and piece of mind in using your new furniture. Ask us about this valuable added benefit.
Specific warranties on the items we sell are listed here, and they give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you have a problem, just let us know and we will try to take care of it.
All furniture and bedding sold by Lawrance is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal usage for a period of ONE year from the date of delivery. Repairs of any such defects will be made without charge to the original purchaser during the warranty period. If Lawrance cannot repair the defect within a reasonable time after being properly notified, we will offer a replacement or refund on a prorated basis at our option. Imports may require additional time.

Warranty Exclusions
In-Home Service: If you have taken advantage of our deluxe delivery service, pick-up and delivery back to Lawrance will be included within San Diego County. If you have picked up your purchase, the same ONE year warranty will apply if you return the merchandise to Lawrance Warehouse Service Center and pick it up when repaired. After a period of ONE year from the date of delivery, our service department will order parts, if available, and make desired repairs. The owner will be billed at prevailing rates for parts and labor, as well as pickup and re-delivery, if required.
The warranty does not cover damages from negligence, misuse, improper handling, fire, or accidents. It excludes coverage for fading, shrinking, or stretching of upholstery, color changes in wood finishes, or discolorations and pitting of metal finishes.
Lawrance furniture is sold for home use only and is not warranted for commercial use.
Lawrance is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages from product use. This exclusion may not apply in states that do not permit it.
Manufacturers’ Warranties
Some products come with additional warranties from manufacturers. Claims should comply with those specific warranty terms.
Returns Policy
On Approval
Most items can be taken home and returned within 5 days without charge. Delivery or pick-up charges apply if Lawrance services are used. Clearance/As-Is and Special Order items cannot be canceled or returned.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Special Order items cannot be canceled or exchanged without losing the deposit and incurring delivery/pick-up charges.
Clearance/As-Is items cannot be canceled or exchanged.
Items can be held for up to 45 days. Beyond this, they cannot be canceled or exchanged and will incur a storage fee of 3% per month.
Mattresses and box springs kept overnight in the customer’s home cannot be exchanged due to sanitation laws.
