These folks are first rate!! We have bought many pieces of furniture from them for years from BDI office desks to our latest, a black Ekornes Stressless chair. Ester and Ana expertly helped us navigate the maze of choices with Stressless until we found our perfect chair in black leather. Finally, a few minutes ago Tomas and Joseph delivered it to our home. What nice people!! We’ll be back.
My first impression of Lawrance was Emily Kryuchkova. Second, was the impressive quality furniture. My strongest guage is customer service regardless of the merchandise. Emily is knowledgeable and very coherent in her delivery. She is friendly. She goes out of her way to accommodate my requests and her ideas are always spot on. I can’t get enough of Lawrance and all that it offers.
Our total experience at Lawrance Furniture, University Ave, was outstanding. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and this made our shopping experience and excellent experience.
Tomas and Joseph made the delivery. It was a tough delivery due to numerous stairs, but they did excellent work in bring the furniture piece inside. They took extra care to wrap the piece in moving blankets and were very careful in maneuvering the piece through the house and up the stairs. There was no damage to the piece nor to any walls or bannisters. Tomas and Joseph definitely provide 5 star service. Very professional and pleasant men to work with.
