Excellent experience today at Lawrance! Thank you to Paolo for helping me pick out the perfect modern sofa, and set up the delivery process. Our new sofa has a modern feel but is still very comfortable and includes a built in foam mattress pull out, and worked perfectly for our recent guests.

Howard at Lawrence was a gem to work with and so thorough in helping me find a replacement sconce for mine that had been broken. Although the process was long in tracking this item down, Howard followed it from start to finish and kept me updated as to the status of the sconce and where/when it would arrive. Bought a very nice leather sectional about four years ago that included one section with a motorized recliner. The battery pack that powers the recliner died around Christmas time with the recliner stuck in the fully reclined position. Called Lawrance after the holidays and talked with Ben Conte. Ben took charge of the situation and started looking into the problem. He called me almost every day for a week to keep me informed of what was going on. The case eventually got picked up by Russ Parker the customer service manager. Russ found battery pack I needed and placed an order with the manufacturer. The pack arrived today and problem solved! The communication from Lawrance was great and they got me the new battery pack at their expense. I could not be any happier with their outstanding customer service. And my experiences shopping at Lawrance have always been first rate. Great store, great people!

Just received our delivery from Lawrance Furniture. They called to give us a 15 min heads up, and showed up in 10! Very professional, treated the items like they were their own babies. Very happy with the process from start to finish.

Tomas and Joseph delivered my console today. I live in South Mission and the parking and stairs are challenging. They were professional, polite and quick without sacrificing care. I’ve had a lot of deliveries lately due to a big remodel and these gentlemen were the stars.

We have had an excellent experience with Lawrence Furniture. We have purchased several pieces and worked with Esther who came up with some great design ideas. Alfredo and Joseph just completed our most recent delivery. They are very polite and did a great job, fast and efficient and very careful. They showed up right on time as promised. Rocky, the warehouse manager is also a great guy to work with and goes the extra mile to track the status of your order and delivery.

Our experience with Lawrance Furniture started with the excellent selection of quality furniture. It is high-end furniture at a high-end price, and well worth the cost.   Our sales rep,/ interior designer, Paolo, provided a thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience.  He is exactly what we were looking for in a sales rep: very personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to our requests while not applying any pressure on us to buy.

We had a difficult room we just couldn’t figure out how to furnish, so Paolo came over to our house, at a time convenient  to us, and in short order came up with a plan that finally made sense for the space. However, the good experience with Lawarance does not stop at sales.   there are two sides to a furniture shopping experience, the sales side, and the delivery side.  So many stores seem to fall down on the delivery side, while Lawarance simply excels.

Rocky is the man you will deal with when it comes time for delivery.  Rocky is simply the nicest, most helpful person you could hope to work with.  He will see to it that your delivery is made on time, on your schedule, and with white-glove treatment.  I have never seen furniture movers take more care to make sure your furniture is put exactly where you want it no matter what obstacles they may need to overcome.

From beginning to end, Lawarance Furniture delivers top-notch products and service.  We will definitely return for our next furniture purchase.

I love the beautiful furniture at this store! Jason helped me secure the pieces I wanted for my home with a no pressure attitude, while making helpful suggestions as appropriate. Waited four months for my dining room table and chairs (shipped from Italy), but it was worth the wait… They look fabulous! One chair came with scratches and a few dings, but they are going to replace it with a new one- no questions asked. Joseph and Tomas were professional and delivered the furniture with utmost care and were right on their scheduled time for the delivery. Cannot wait to get a sofa and some other pieces from here to help complete my “nest”.
