I ordered and received A Stressless recliner from Lawrance Furniture. The process was smooth although it took a few months to receive from the time ordered, as I was told it would. It arrived with an ink mark on the arm. A young man from Total Leather Care was sent to my home to remove the mark, which required some recoloring of the leather. It was perfectly done. I was impressed both with Lawrance and with Total Leather Care.
